The NPI Organization / Operator Certification is designed to equip organization leaders, administrators, facility operators, school personnel, and program managers with the knowledge, tools, and credentials needed to successfully operate within the National Performance Institute (NPI) ecosystem. This self-paced certification provides a comprehensive understanding of how organizations support athlete development through standardized testing, performance tracking, and professional collaboration. Participants will learn how organizations interact with athletes, families, coaches, support professionals, and Network Connectors to create structured pathways for athlete growth and development. The certification introduces the responsibilities of NPI Operators, including managing organizations and facilities, supporting certified professionals, creating testing opportunities, overseeing athlete participation, and maintaining professional standards throughout the athlete development process. Participants will also learn how relationship ownership, professional collaboration, and organizational leadership contribute to the long-term success of athletes and local communities. In addition, the program provides an overview of the NPI Professional Rewards Program, Operator opportunities, professional standards, ethical expectations, and the tools available through the NPI Professional Dashboard. Participants will also complete the required Stripe Connect onboarding process necessary for reward eligibility. Upon successful completion, participants will be recognized as Certified NPI Operators and will gain access to Operator-level resources, organizational management tools, and professional opportunities within the NPI ecosystem. Certification demonstrates a commitment to providing athletes, families, coaches, and organizations with trusted leadership, structured opportunities, and access to standardized athletic development resources.
