Athlete Profile Creation
Use this page to create an athlete profile for your child. This allows you, as the guardian, to manage their profile even if the athlete does not have their own login.

What this page does
When you complete this form, the system will:

• Create a new athlete profile

• Link that athlete to your guardian account

• Give you management access to that profile
   

How to complete the form
Enter the athlete’s:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Birthdate

• Sex
   

Then click Continue.

What happens after you click Continue
The page will check that all required fields are completed.
If everything is valid, the athlete profile will be created and linked to your guardian account.
You will see a confirmation message when the profile is successfully created.

Important notes

• This page is for guardian-managed athlete profiles

• The athlete does not need their own account to be added

• You can create the profile first and set up athlete access later if needed
