The National Performance Institute (NPI) and Zybek Sports believe every athlete—of every age, from youth to college-bound—deserves a fair shot at success.
We were founded with a simple mission: bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. Too many athletes are evaluated by hype, geography, or access instead of verified performance. We change that by delivering standardized testing, clear development insight, and trusted reports families and coaches can rely on—whether an athlete is just getting started or preparing for college.

THE STANDARD WE SET
NPI establishes the SAT®6 testing standards, drawing from the same performance testing structure Zybek Sports uses at the professional level with organizations such as the NFL and MLB. Together, NPI and Zybek Sports have partnered to build and operate the technology that delivers these standards at scale—including the SAT®6 Presidential Score, a 0–100 score showing where an athlete stands today, and the Athletic Readiness Index™ (ARI) for age- and sex-based comparison.
Designed around six foundational drills that can be performed anywhere using only a stopwatch and measuring tape, SAT®6 ensures athletes are evaluated fairly and consistently, regardless of location or access to facilities.
