The NPI Network Access Partner Certification is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, tools, and credentials needed to successfully introduce athletes, families, coaches, organizations, schools, and community leaders to the National Performance Institute (NPI) ecosystem. This self-paced certification provides a comprehensive understanding of how the NPI ecosystem operates, the roles that support athlete development, and how Access Partners help create meaningful opportunities through trusted relationships. Participants will learn how athletes, families, coaches, operators, and organizations interact within the NPI platform and how referral relationships help expand access to standardized athletic testing, development resources, and performance insights. The certification also introduces professionals to the NPI Professional Referral System, including the use of personal referral links and QR codes, best practices for community engagement, and strategies for supporting the growth of local athletic networks. Participants will learn how to identify opportunities, connect individuals with valuable resources, and help strengthen the pathways that support athlete development. In addition, the program provides an overview of the NPI Professional Rewards Program, professional standards, ethical expectations, and the tools available through the NPI Professional Dashboard. Participants will also complete the required Stripe Connect onboarding process needed for reward eligibility. Upon successful completion, participants will be recognized as Certified NPI Access Partners and will gain access to their NPI Professional Dashboard, referral tools, and professional resources. Certification demonstrates a commitment to expanding opportunities for athletes, families, coaches, organizations, and communities while supporting the continued growth of the National Performance Institute ecosystem.
